Meet the founder

Grace Whitlow

Grace spent her career working in agriculture before starting Ag-Ease. As a Policy Adviser at the NFU and then Knowledge Exchange Manager at AHDB, she worked directly with farmers across the country. She studied Agri-Business at Harper Adams and holds qualifications in both FACTS and AAT bookkeeping.

That combination of policy knowledge, industry experience and financial training is what makes Ag-Ease different. Grace understands how farms work, how the funding landscape fits together, and what it takes to keep a farming business on top of its paperwork and finances.

Good farms miss out on money and support they are entitled to every year. Not through any fault of their own, but because the office work is relentless and the schemes are complicated. Grace set up Ag-Ease to help with that, working directly with farmers to make sure nothing gets missed.
